⭐ SUPER STABLE WHIPPED CREAM ⭐
(Works with dairy OR non-dairy whipping cream — 300 g batch)
INGREDIENTS
• Whipping cream (dairy or non-dairy): 300 g, chilled
• White chocolate: 30 g
• Milk: 10 ml (warm)
• Milk powder: 5 g

⭐ METHOD
1. Make the stabilising paste
1. Melt the 30 g white chocolate until completely smooth.
2. Add 10 ml warm milk and mix well.
3. Add 5 g milk powder.
4. Stir until it forms a smooth, thick paste.
5. Keep aside to cool to lukewarm (not hot).

2. Whip the cream
1. In a bowl, take 300 g chilled whipping cream.
2. Whip until it’s halfway done — thick, but not yet forming peaks.

3. Add the stabiliser paste
1. Add the chocolate–milk–milk-powder paste into the cream.
2. Continue whipping until stiff, glossy, smooth peaks form.
3. Stop immediately when it reaches stable, pipeable consistency.

✅ Not heavy
✅ Doesn’t melt easily

Klart på sisådär 25 minuter och helt magiskt gott! 💛 Klicka på SPARA och DELA till någon som borde laga detta! 😏 Det du behöver är.. 500g blandfärs 1/2 dl ströbröd 1 gul lök 1 dl mjölk 1 ägg 1 tsk salt Svartpeppar Såsen: 4 dl grädde 2-3 msk kinesisk soja 2-3 msk kalvfond Svartpeppar Blanda ströbröd, mjölk och ägg i en bunke. Låt stå cirka 5 minuter. Grovriv löken och häll ner i bunken tillsammans med färsen. Krydda med salt & peppar och blanda ihop ordentligt. Hetta upp en stekpanna med smör och tryck ut färsen till en enda stor biff 🧈 När den fått en fin stekyta delar du i den 4-6 bitar och vänder en i taget. Blanda ihop såsen och häll det över.
